铝管替代铜管在家用除湿机冷凝器中的应用研究

摘要: 随着行业竞争的加剧,作为除湿机核心部件的管翅式换热器,其优化设计已成为行业研究重点。针对铜管成本高昂的问题,聚焦“铝代铜”技术应用,以3003系列喷锌铝管为研究对象,通过单体与整机试验对比发现:优化齿形的铝管冷凝器单体换热量与铜管相当,集成至除湿机系统后,名义除湿量Cr增加了3.01%,综合能效系数IEF仅下降了0.37%;同时,该方案铝管内螺纹管材料成本降低60.76%,扣除铜铝连接管、专用弯头带来的额外成本后,冷凝器综合成本降幅为14.92%;在可靠性测试中,铝管冷凝器通过严苛盐雾试验(中性1000 h/酸性600 h),无泄漏;且壁厚0.4 mm的铝管可满足系统耐压要求,运行安全性达标。研究结果表明,铝管冷凝器在除湿机中替代铜管技术可行、经济性显著,为行业降本增效及“铝代铜”技术规模化应用提供了关键试验数据与技术支撑。

Abstract: With the intensification of industrial competition, the optimized design of the tube - fin heat exchanger, a core component of dehumidifiers, has emerged as a crucial research area in the industry. In light of the high cost of copper tubes, this study focuses on the application of the "aluminum replacing copper" technology. Taking the 3003 series zinc - sprayed aluminum tubes as the research subject, through a comparison of individual and complete - machine experiments, the following findings were obtained: The single heat - exchange capacity of the aluminum tube condenser with an optimized tooth profile is comparable to that of the copper tube. After being integrated into the dehumidifier system, the nominal dehumidification capacity Cr increased by 3.01%, while the comprehensive energy - efficiency coefficient IEF decreased by only 0.37%. Meanwhile, the material cost of the internal threaded tubes in the aluminum tubes of this scheme was reduced by 60.76%. After deducting the additional costs associated with the copper - aluminum connection tubes and special elbows, the comprehensive cost of the condenser decreased by 14.92%. In the reliability test, the aluminum tube condenser passed the rigorous salt - spray test (1000 hours for neutral / 600 hours for acidic) without any leakage. Moreover, the aluminum tubes with a wall thickness of 0.4mm can meet the system's pressure - resistance requirements, and the operational safety standards are met. The research result indicate that the technology of using aluminum tube condensers to replace copper tubes in dehumidifiers is feasible and economically viable, providing key experimental data and technical support for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the industry as well as the large - scale application of the "aluminum replacing copper" technology.
