空调铝制换热器标准体系梳理与构建展望

摘要: 家电产业稳步发展、空调产销持续增长,但行业高度依赖进口铜资源、铜价波动大的短板突出。铝储量足、成本低、易加工且可循环,是空调“节铜”优选材料,铝制换热器成为主流发展方向。当前国内换热器标准多针对铜制品,铝制换热器缺乏专属标准、体系零散,原料管控、制造工艺、腐蚀与寿命检测存在明显不足,制约规模化推广。完善专属标准是推进“以铝节铜”的关键。通过梳理国内外相关标准化研究,剖析现有标准核心问题,构建了包含产品规格、原材料、制造工艺、性能可靠性检测四个维度的标准体系,贯通选材、生产、检测全流程管控,统一行业技术与质量准则。该体系可为铝制换热器标准化建设提供理论和实践参考,支撑家电行业绿色低碳高质量发展。

Abstract: With the steady development of the home appliance industry and continuous growth in the production and sales of air conditioners, the sector is prominently plagued by heavy reliance on imported copper resources and drastic copper price fluctuations. Aluminum, featuring abundant reserves, low cost, easy processability and recyclability, serves as the optimal material for the "save copper" initiative in air conditioners, and aluminum heat exchangers have become the mainstream development trend. At present, most domestic standards for heat exchangers are formulated for copper products. The absence of dedicated standards and a fragmented standard system for aluminum heat exchangers leads to obvious deficiencies in raw material control, manufacturing processes, corrosion testing and life evaluation, hindering large-scale industrial promotion. Improving dedicated standards is critical to advancing aluminum substitution for copper. By reviewing relevant domestic and international standardization research, analyzed core defects of existing standards, a four-dimensional standard system covering product specifications, raw material requirements, manufacturing procedures, as well as performance and reliability testing was established. The system realizes full-process standardized control spanning material selection, production and testing, and unifies industrial technical and quality criteria. It provides theoretical and practical references for the standardization of aluminum heat exchangers and supports the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of the home appliance industry.
