智能家居助眠技术与标准体系研究

摘要: 睡眠的影响因素复杂,单一产品效果有限,整体智能家居设计采用声、光、电、气、味等多因素共同作用,集合感知设备对环境和人体参数监测并结合人工智能辨识干预,实现助眠功能。现分析助眠家居的市场,探讨影响睡眠的环境因素,概述智能家居及可穿戴设备在睡眠监测、睡眠干预上的作用,提出智能家居可能的助眠解决方案,并梳理标准体系,建议标准体系顶层设计突破“通讯协议差异”“互联障碍”等制约行业发展的障碍。

Abstract: Since there are complex factors influencing sleep, the effect of a single product is limited. The overall intelligent home design applies multiple factors including sound, light, electricity, air and flavor to take effect on human’s sleep, leading to the sleep aid by integrating sensing equipment to monitor the environment and the parameters of human body and combining artificial intelligence identification intervention to achieve sleep aid function. This article estimated the market volume of sleep-aid intelligent home, concluded the outlook of possible sleep-assisted solutions by exploring the environmental factors that affect sleep and provided the overview of intelligent devices’ effect in sleep monitoring and intervention. It had established the standardization system for sleep-aid intelligent home and recommended the top-down initiation of standards to break through the obstacles, for instance, “the undefined communication protocol” and “the fake IoT” that restricted the development of intelligent home industry.
