铝管蒸发器在家用分体机中的可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of aluminum tube evaporator in household split air conditioning

摘要: 我国铜资源匮乏,是铜进口国,对外依赖度很高且定价权不足,而铝资源丰富,是铝出口大国。铜价持续位于高位,且处于上升态势,空调企业成本压力越来越大,“铝代铜”需求也越来越迫切。为了研究铝管蒸发器在家用分体机上的可行性,在试验研究基础上,从性能、可靠性、可制造性三个方面进行分析评估。通过试验得出,性能方面,同管径下,铝管蒸发器性能较铜管蒸发器约降低1.5%;可靠性方面,通过优化流路铜铝焊点设计、选择不锈钢材质等可满足扳管、电气安全及耐腐蚀性要求;可制造性方面,虽自动焊率有降低,但焊点总体数量不多,对于实际生产影响较小,同时焊接问题可通过一体化端板设计或更换不锈钢材质进行解决。

Abstract: China is a copper importing country with scarce copper resources, high dependence on foreign countries, and insufficient pricing power, while aluminum resources are abundant, making it a major exporter of aluminum. Copper prices continue to remain high and are on the rise, putting increasing cost pressure on air conditioning companies, and the demand for “aluminum replacing copper” is becoming increasingly urgent. In order to study the feasibility of aluminum tube evaporators in household split machines, based on experimental research, an analysis and evaluation were conducted from three aspects: performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Through experiments, it was found that in terms of performance, under the same pipe diameter, the performance of aluminum tube evaporators is about 1.5% lower than that of copper tube evaporators; In terms of reliability, optimizing the design of copper aluminum solder joints in the flow path and selecting stainless steel materials can meet the requirements of pipe pulling, electrical safety, and corrosion resistance; In terms of manufacturability, although the automatic welding rate has decreased, the overall number of welding points is not large, which has a small impact on actual production. At the same time, welding problems can be solved through integrated end plate design or replacement of stainless steel material.
