摘要: 炉门扼流结构是用于屏蔽炉门缝隙处微波泄漏的关键部件。本文提出了5.8GHz频率炉门扼流结构仿真计算的简化模型,利用CST电磁仿真软件,对影响微波泄漏屏蔽效果的扼流齿形状结构参量进行了全面参数扫描计算,快速确定扼流齿的关键尺寸,在此基础上进一步优化设计出了传输特性参数S21值达-86dB的扼流结构简化模型的最终结构;同时,通过对5.8GHz微波炉整机泄漏测试,安装有该结构扼流齿的炉门有很好的防微波泄漏效果,有效解决了5.8GHz微波炉应用安全的问题。

Abstract: The choke structure of the door is a key component to prevent microwave leakage from the gap between the oven cavity and the door. In this paper, a simplified model for simulation calculation of choke structure of 5.8 GHz frequency microwave oven door is presented. By using CST electromagnetic simulation software, the structure parameters of choke fins affecting the shielding effect of microwave leakage are calculated by parameter-sweep. The key dimensions of choke fins are determined quickly. Basing on this, the final structure with S-parameter S21 is further optimized up to -86dB. The test of 5.8GHz microwave oven shows that the door with the designed choke fins has a good shielding effect, which solves the microwave leakage safety problem of 5.8GHz microwave oven.
