摘要: 某型号冰箱在开发过程中,包装跌落测试底梁变形问题一直无法得到有效解决。通过仿真跌落技术模拟实验测试过程,发现冰箱裸机结构强度与包装结构是一对矛盾体。该型号冰箱底梁结构跨度长,抗冲击性能差,单纯通过优化包装结构很难解决底梁变形问题。本文通过综合优化底梁和包装结构,使底梁塑变由0.7%降到0.13%,下降率达78.6%,低于参考等效塑性应变0.4%,该型号冰箱底梁变形问题得到有效解决。

Abstract: During the development of a certain type of refrigerator, the deformation problem of the bottom beam of the package drop test has been unable to be effectively solved. By simulating the drop technology and simulating the test process, it is found that the structure strength and packaging structure of the bare refrigerator are a pair of contradictions. The bottom beam of this refrigerator has long span and poor impact resistance. It is difficult to solve the deformation problem of the bottom beam simply by optimizing the packaging structure. By optimizing the bottom beam and packaging structure, the plastic deformation of the bottom beam is reduced from 0.7% to 0.13% the reduction rate is 78.6% which is 0.4% lower than the reference equivalent plastic strain. The deformation problem of the bottom beam of this type of refrigerator is effectively solved.
