Abstract: After “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories” has been revised, the requirements for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty in testing laboratories will be more precise. This paper discusses how to use the evaluation of measurement uncertainty in dimensions tests, and introduces the preliminary method of measurement uncertainty, so as to provide reference for the engineers who are just entering the testing industry.
