Abstract: In order to effectively solve the used household appliances market standard circulation, and define the quality of used household appliances, it analyzed the policy standards,fully investigated the market of used household appliances and studies the technical standards for quality identification of used household appliances. The process of quality identification of used household appliances was put forward. In addition it puts forward the key technical points of quality identification of used household appliances, including safety service life, appearance, use function, green environmental protection, etc. The standard focuses on the establishment of quantitative and qualitative evaluation index system to establish a more perfect used household appliances quality identification technical standards, and to improve WEEE recycling system.
