Based on the research background of green products and the research and analysis of related development status at home and abroad, combined with the problems in the process of building green product system, according to the development level of home appliance technology, market status and its own characteristics, this paper studies and builds a multi-level and multi-dimensional evaluation system of green product standards for home appliances based on the life cycle theory, which provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of relevant national standards, so as to support the implementation of relevant national system construction.

To implement the pilot work of recycling waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) in Beijing, study and establish the classification and codes of WEEE. It bases on the practice of WEEE in Beijing energy-saving supermarkets, sorts out and analyzes the classified management of WEEE at home and abroad, investigates the actual situation of WEEE recycling and treatment industry. The core problem were discussed and solved, including the scope of waste products, priority environmental attributes, distinction between general WEEE and professional WEEE, and emphasis on key products. The standard lays a realistic foundation for upstream sellers to participate in the recycling of WEEE. At the same time, it can effectively solve the problems of asymmetry and mismatch of system information in various enterprises in the industry, and provide a standard basis for waste electrical and electronic product management.

The dissolution of washing powder has a great influence on the improvement of washing performance. Firstly, the influencing factors and application status of washing powder dissolving technology are discussed. Aiming at the problems in the dissolution process, a control method for dissolving washing powder through turbulent water is proposed. Based on the DEM discrete phase model analysis and Simcenter Test.Lab vibration test, the speed of the turbulent water flow was determined, the specific program control method of the turbulent water flow was introduced, and the actual effect of the technical solution was verified.

Revised regulation (EU) 2016/1416 for food contact materials of regulation (EU) No 10/2011 adds the aluminum into the specific migration of heavy mental items, resulting in the consequence that conventional silvery foil (aluminum) parts are unable to meet the requirements. The improvement method of the food contact safety for refrigerator silvery foil parts was introduced, that by changing the silvery foil material to avoid or reduced the migration of Al heavy metals. The results showed that silvery Tin foil (Sn), silvery pigment film and metal hybrid film would meet the specific migration of Al and other heavy mental items of EU food contact safety standard, which could provide technical reference for the improvement of silvery foil parts in the export home appliance.

The noise of home appliances is relatively lower than that of other kinds of machines, so background noise is one of the most important factors affecting the accuracy of the test. In actual testing, background noise cannot be completely eliminated, so it needs to be measured and processed to obtain the final test result. The international standard IEC 6070.1, IOS 3745 and the Chinese standard GB 6882 for sound power measurements have requirements for background noise. In the two latest versions, in addition to the relative criterion, an absolute criterion has been proposed. Based on the interpretation of the three editions of the standard, the article analyzes and explores the selection conditions of the latest relative and absolute criteria.

During the development of air-conditioning products, there are some abnormal noise problems,such as wind howling, motor electromagnetic noise, etc., which greatly affect the user experience and the improvement of the sound quality of the product. This paper studies the howling noise of air conditioner indoor units by comprehensively using noise filter diagnosis, acoustic brush scan test and acoustic vibration comparison to identify the noise source and noise transmission path of the howling noise. Firstly, the noise filtering sound diagnosis method was applied to identify the frequency band distribution of abnormal noise; then research the acoustic brush noise source recognition technology based on the combination of sound intensity method and optical tracking technology, and identify that the howling sound is due to the DC brushless motor electromagnetic noise; finally, it was determined that the abnormal noise was caused by the vibration radiation of the motor body through the comparison of the core components.

By studying the resonance problem of the compressor pipe, the optimal method of vibration reduction for pipe is determined by modal simulation and modal control theory in this paper. In order to prove the effectiveness of the method, the original scheme and the optimized scheme were applied to the product at the same time to reduce the vibration of the compressor pipe. It was found that the vibration response results of the optimized scheme were significantly smaller than the original scheme, and the amplitude is about 70% lower. Thus, the feasibility of the method was verified for vibration reduction of compressor pipe.

Adopting the method of laboratory simulation test analysis and after-sales field actual verification, through a typical case of after-sales condensation water leakage of a frequency conversion multi split, it is analyzed that the return oil will lead to the condensation water leakage of the internal machine which is not opened in the multi split system. The condensation problem can be solved by increasing the oil return period and increasing the wind speed. Concurrently, analyzing the impact of the standardization of after-sales installation and user's use environment on condensation, which provides a relatively comprehensive solution for the condensation water leakage problem of frequency conversion multi split.

In order to achieve "bath-type cooling and carpet-type heating", air conditioners need to use large-motion air deflectors, while traditional air deflectors use injection molded parts, which are low in strength and easy to deform, and are difficult to meet the requirements of large-movement air deflectors. As a representative of lightweight materials, aluminum alloys can meet the requirements of lightness and toughness for large-motion air deflectors. It is the preferred material to replace injection molded parts in mid-to-high air conditioners. Cold stamping of aluminum alloy profile is prone to wrinkling, embossing, and collapsing. Combined with the structural characteristics and production requirements of the air deflector, using the milling and distributed forming methods, the processing technology of the aluminum alloy profiled was developed, the processing of the profiled aluminum alloy air deflector was realized, and the level of the air conditioner was improved to meet the demand of consumption upgrade in the new era.

With purpose of predicting front load washer bearing lifetime in new product development, a simplified mechanical model is built up in auxiliary of front load washer bearing lifetime calculation methodology definition. The methodology exhibits trilogy of bearing lifetime as following: a) Deriving bearing load expression from simplified mechanical model; b) Calculating alternated cyclic bearing load with front load washer working condition in application of ISO 281 expression; c) Introducing Miner linear cumulative damage theory to establish the relationship between cyclic load and total equivalent dynamic load. According to the alternative cyclic load feature on front load washer, an average equivalent dynamic bearing load expression derived in combination of ISO 281 theory and Miner theory, which gives an answer of the relationship between alternated cyclic load and total load.
