Abstract: With the rapid rise of e-commerce channels and the gradual deterioration of product storage and transportation environment, the packaging performance of the original products can no longer meet the market demand. This paper analyzes the structure and characteristics of new material EPO. Taking a water heater package as an example, it briefly introduces the design idea and structural optimization scheme of the underlayer of water heater EPO material, and compares the overall cost of the two schemes. Finally, the inevitable trend of EPO materials in the development and promotion of home appliances industry is briefly described.
