In recent years, personal comfort model has attracted much attention. The temperature of facial skin surface is the key parameter in the model. This paper used high-resolution network (HRNet) to directly detect facial landmark on thermal images to extract facial temperature. Achieve the superior accuracy over the state-of-the-art algorithm. Furthermore, we add face attributes as weights to the loss function to further improve the accuracy of difficult cases (such as profile faces, occlusions, exaggerated expressions). Finally, compare its performance on infrared images and RGB images in different conditions, and prove that infrared images can replace visible light images for accurate landmark detection under some special conditions (such as low light, privacy protection).

With the increase in people’s demand of household food freshness, the single-pattern air supply and temperature/freshness control in the conventional refrigerator no longer meet the requirement of food preservation nowadays. To address the problem of poor preservation quality with non-partitioned storage in conventional refrigerators, this article proposes the concept of temperature-humidity-oxygen-based precise preservation and flexible partitioned storage. The two-factor mathematical model is built for preservation quality and efficient use of compartment space. Besides, the scheme of flexible partitioned storage is also determined according to user survey data and food deterioration experiments. Compared to the conventional refrigerators, that with the new concept enhances food preservation quality by 56%.

The air volume reduction and air recirculation caused by installation platforms affect the operating performance of room air conditioners (RACs). In this paper, the additional temperature difference performance model was proposed in practical applications, which reflects the influence of platforms on energy efficiency of RACs, based on adding a temperature difference to the outdoor temperature. The annual energy consumption of the frequency constant RAC with a triangular bracket platform, a normal louver platform and an optimized louver platform are calculated and analyzed. The results show that the annual energy consumption increased by 6%~10% and 2%~5% respectively when the normal and optimized louver platform are used. Since the louver installation platforms will lead to the extra energy consumption of RACs, the optimization of the geometric structure can alleviate extra energy consumption.

For the fixed frequency air conditioner, with the gradual increase of ambient temperature, the cooling capacity gradually decreases. In order to solve this problem, based on the technology of increasing Enthalpy by air jet, the specific reasons for increasing the high temperature cooling capacity of the system are obtained through theoretical analysis, and the effects of the key parameters of the system and the aperture of the compressor air supply port on the refrigeration capacity are analyzed and verified in detail. Finally, it is concluded that increasing the liquid level in the flash evaporator can effectively improve the cooling capacity; at the same time, reducing the diameter of the air supply port of the compressor can improve the cooling capacity and reduce the power of the whole machine. Through the implementation of the above scheme, under the same configuration and the same displacement, the refrigeration capacity of the constant frequency jet enthalpy increasing air conditioning system is 10.8% higher than that of the ordinary air conditioning system at 46 ℃.

The problem of sound transmission can be effectively solved by adding a resistant silencer in the outdoor unit, but the selection of the location of the silencer plays a vital role in solving the problem. According to the structure of different compressors, the root cause of sound transmission and propagation path are analyzed in detail, through theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the solutions of different compressor air conditioners in different models of sound transmission are obtained, which provide reference for the subsequent rapid solution to the sound transmission problem.

Beat frequency noise from the air conditioner outdoor unit sounds discontinuous, the sound increases and decreases periodically, which negatively affects the users’ experience. In order to reduce the beat frequency noise, on the basis of spectrum analysis, it is found that the source of the noise is the quadruple frequency of compressor’s electromagnetic excitation and the quadruple frequency of compressor’s rotation work together. Further modal test shows that the natural frequency of reservoir is close to the quadruple frequency of compressor’s electromagnetic excitation, cause the reservoir amplifies the vibration of compressor. Change the connection mode between reservoir and compressor from clamp connection to welding, keep the natural frequency of reservoir away from the quadruple frequency of compressor’s electromagnetic excitation, the noise has been improved greatly.

By comparing the nutrient contents of broccoli and purple potato after cooking, the effects of different cooking methods on food nutrients were studied. The study found that under the best technological conditions of different cooking methods, open flame steamer and microwave have the highest retention of vitamin C and polyphenols in broccoli, followed by electric steam box, stir fry and poaching, the worst is baking; Steamers, electric steamers and microwaves have the highest retention of polyphenols and total anthocyanins in purple sweet potatoes, followed by baking and frying, and the worst is poaching. In summary, the lower temperature electric steamer, open flame steamer cooking method and shorter time microwave cooking method can retain nutrients in food, which provides theoretical basis and practical support for the healthy cooking of household appliances.

Capillaries are widely used in the shunt flow regulation of indoor and outdoor heat exchangers of split air conditioners and multi-split air conditioning (heat pump) units. Accurate prediction of the pressure drop characteristics of two-phase flow refrigerants in capillary tubes is the key to quickly realize shunt capillary matching of heat exchangers. Propose. a method for calculating the friction resistance factor of two-phase flow in capillary tube under the condition of variable density based on approximate integral is proposed, and the effect of capillary diameter on the friction resistance factor of R410a refrigerant in capillary tube is studied experimentally. The results show that the friction resistance factor of the two-phase flow in the capillary tube decreases with the increase of the refrigerant Re number, which is consistent with the trend predicted by the classical Churchill model, but its value is more than twice that of the Churchill model, and the friction resistance factor f of the two-phase flow in the capillary tube decreases with the decrease of the inner diameter of the capillary tube.

The wettability test and welding quality test were used to study the effects of inhomogeneity of Cu phase on character and brazing performance of different BCu93P copper based brazing filler metal. The results show that BCu93P brazing filler metal is composed with white Cu phase and dark Cu3P phase. The Cu phase is distributed in graininess or unity. The spreadability and clearance fillabitity of brazing filler metal with granular Cu phase are better than that with united Cu phase. BCu93P has good metallurgical combination with the base metal. The weld zone is composed with α-Cu and mix microstructure of α-Cu and Cu3P. The homogeneity of mix microstructure of weld zone brazed by filler metal with granular Cu phase is better than that with united Cu phase, and the size of α-Cu phase of the former is less than the latter. α-Cu phase is the ‘softer’ phase in the weld zone, the united distribution and large size of which go against the improvement of strength of weld zone.

For the twin tub washing machine, the motion of spinning tub is firstly simplified to two degrees of freedom model, the equation of motion is then established by using D′Alembert principle. The dynamic equation is solved and the amplitude-frequency curves of two degrees of freedom are drawn. Then the influence of attached mass ring height on the spinning tub vibration is studied. At last, the finite element method is used to perform modal analysis and frequency response analysis for spinning tub, the CAE analysis result is to confirm the correlation and feasibility of the established dynamic equation.
