Abstract: Personalized customization is a new service mode for mass production of customized products to meet the needs of individual customers on the premise of ensuring the economic benefits of the manufactures. It is an inevitable trend for the development of consumer goods manufacturing industry. Combined with the industry and product characteristics of home appliance manufacturing industry, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the advantages and concepts of personalized customization, analyzes the cases of "personalized customization" in the market, extracts four typical models, and sorts out the key sections and technologies involved in the process of personalized customization. This paper puts forward the technical problems that should be paid attention to in the household electrical appliances industry, and provides reference for the household electrical appliances enterprises to carry out relevant production and service.
