Abstract: Refrigerator energy efficiency and floor area ratio is a key indicator in refrigerator design. The cooling capacity coupling calculation can realize the optimized design of refrigerator energy efficiency and floor area ratio. This paper uses computational fluid dynamics software ANSYS and heat exchanger test equipment to simulate and experiment on refrigerator evaporators, and study the effect of heat exchange of evaporator on the energy efficiency of refrigerators from the side of evaporative air circulation. The results show that the standard energy efficiency index can be kept unchanged by changing the three-row oblique-insertion evaporator to two-row oblique-insertion evaporator, and at the same time adjusting the fan speed under the power consumption state of 16℃ and 32℃. Effectively increase the floor area ratio of the refrigerator by 1.9%.
