Abstract: Through case analysis of dehumidifier corrosion failure, combined with electrochemical research methods, the possibility of failure caused by crevice corrosion and galvanic corrosion and the feasibility of implementing cathodic protection by changing materials are studied. The results show that the corrosion failure of the dehumidifier is caused by the ant nest corrosion caused by low molecular carboxylic acid in the condensed water environment; Although there is crevice corrosion acceleration at the crevices, the acceleration effect is not large; In the solution environment, it interacts with active metals Coupled cathodic protection can slow down the corrosion of red copper.
