Research on optimization design of resonance chamber based on half power bandwidth method

Abstract: Compressor usually has a large noise problem in the frequency range of 2000 Hz~4000 Hz. In order to further explore its production mechanism and improvement measures, relevant researches are carried out by combining theory with experiment. Through theoretical analysis and simulation, the causes of compressed noise are clarified, and the resonant chamber is proposed to improve the frequency band noise. Based on the method of half power bandwidth, the existing resonance chamber design is optimized, and the noise attenuation effect of the resonance chamber is improved by improving the quality factor of the resonance chamber. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by experiments, which provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent design of resonance chamber.
