Abstract: The light artificial accelerated aging test method commonly used in the home appliance industry is utilized to carry out light aging research on the white ABS material which commonly used in air conditioner panel. On the one hand, the light aging resistance of the color masterbatch material and the modified material are compared; on the other hand, the severity of the commonly used light aging test method was compared. The results show that the light aging resistance of the modified material is better than that of the color masterbatch material. when Xenon-arc lamp aging (x), Fluorescent aging UVA (ZA) and Fluorescent lamp aging UVB (ZB) are used, the response degree of the experimental samples to light aging is as follows: UVB (ZB) test > UVA (ZA) test > xenon lamp (x) test.
