Abstract: The remaining life assessment of electrical and electronic products parts is a work with high social application value. In the context of circular economy, people achieve sustainable development through the pursuit of increasing product value, optimizing resource utilization and reducing environmental impact. The remanufacturability evaluation of used electrical and electronic products, product system eco-efficiency evaluation, and government’s market access and supervision of used products are all closely related to the remaining life of the product parts. Therefore, accurate assessment of the remaining life of the product parts is the prerequisite for the above work, it has important practical significance. Selects typical samples that have used stepped working hours and adopts failure analysis detection methods to explore the possibility of micro-defect change rules in determining the life stage of parts, summarizes the detection methods that are more sensitive to life defects, and summarizes the effectiveness of related detection technologies. It is expected to be used for reference and reference in the fields of government supervision, product waste attribute identification, and manufacturability evaluation of related product parts.
Key words: Electrical and electronic product parts, Gradual degradation, Detection, Remaining life
