Abstract: As a part of the rotary compressor exhaust passage, the motor passage has a great influence on the motor efficiency, oil output rate and compressor performance. Through the method of combining CFD simulation and experimental, the influence of the flow area and channel form of the motor on the performance of the compressor is systematically studied. The research results show that when the flow area of the motor passage is different, the phase, amplitude and number of waves of the pressure pulsation curve at the bottom of the motor are different, and the compressor performance does not increase with the increase of the flow area of the motor passage; when the area is the same, the phase, amplitude and number of waves of the pressure pulsation curve at the bottom of the motor are basically the same, independent of the channel form.
