Simulation and experimental study on the influence of air flow noise on indoor unite air duct system

Abstract: In order to clarify the influence of each structure in the air duct system on the air volume and noise of the indoor unit, the numerical simulation is used to calculate the gas flow in the air duct system of the indoor unit, and the influence of the evaporator size, the electric heating position and the width of the front vortex on the air volume and noise of the indoor unit is analyzed. At the same time, through the verification of air volume and noise experiments, the rule of the influence of evaporator size, electric heating position and the width of the front vortex lingual on air volume and noise of the air conditioner is finally obtained, and there is a value to make the comprehensive optimal, which provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent duct system design.
