Experimental study on the application of smoke control and flow diversion technology of gas stove and its influence on the dispersion rate of kitchen oil fume

Abstract: With people's in-depth understanding of the harm of cooking fume in the kitchen, only upgrading the product technology of range hood can not fully meet the needs of healthy home cooking environment. The smoke control and flow diversion technology of gas stove gas curtain proposed in this paper applies air hydrodynamics, and the air curtain is designed around the gas stove with a certain Angle of incline and all directions. And through the design verification test, verify that in different types of range hood products work, the gas cooker gas curtain smoke control and diversion technology can effectively reduce the dispersion rate of oil smoke and other performance indicators, can well improve the kitchen cooking environment.
