Uncertainty evaluation for the test of rinsing effectiveness of drum washing machine

Abstract: Washing machine products have become one of the indispensable electrical appliances in households. The rinsing effect is an important indicator that users will pay attention to when choosing washing machine products. Taking a fully automatic drum washing machine as an example, the evaluation method of relative uncertainty is used to analyze the uncertainty of rinsing effect testing. Through analysis, it is found that the repeatability of the measurement process and environmental temperature and humidity have the most significant impact on the measurement results. This provides a reference for enterprises to improve the performance of washing machines, improve the quality of washing machine products, and improve the accuracy of washing machine performance testing for third-party testing institutions.
