Abstract: Under limited installation space conditions, reducing the height of the casing is a convenient strategy to reduce the volume of the compressor, but reducing the height of the casing will worsen the OCR and pressure pulsation. To solve the problem, a CFD multiphase flow simulation model was used to simulate OCR and pressure pulsation. Analyzed the reasons for the deterioration of OCR and pressure pulsation, proposed to reduce OCR by increasing the wind resistance cover and reducing the initial oil level height, and completed simulation and experimental review. The reliability of the established CFD simulation method has been verified, and the research can provide theoretical and practical guidance for reducing compressor oil discharge rate and improving pressure pulsation.
