Abstract: High-efficiency air conditioning products have been the mainstream of market competition. However, with the maturity of technology and the trend of product standardization, especially for the relatively simple structure of household air conditioning indoor units, it is difficult to achieve the rapid improvement of capacity and energy efficiency. Therefore, optimizes the air duct, increases the cross-flow fan, breaks the existing product structure fortress, improves the air volume of the air conditioning indoor unit, and optimizes the evaporator pipeline design to achieve the energy-saving goal. The experimental results show that the newly developed air-conditioning model is in line with the current market energy-saving trend, and its air volume can be increased by up to 204 m3/h, and the single-point energy efficiency of the medium and high frequency test points is significantly improved, which is increased by about 4%, but the load of the low-frequency test points is increased, and the single-point energy efficiency is reduced by up to 1.34, so that the seasonal energy efficiency is comparable to that of the original model.
