Abstract: Home appliances face various transportation issues, especially accidental drops and impacts, which can lead to functional loss or weakening, as well as cosmetic damage. To avoid such problems, the traditional and conventional design approach is to conduct physical verification in a laboratory. The rectification experiment usually requires multiple rounds of verification, and this method has a long experimental cycle and high development costs. Home appliances encounter a range of transportation challenges, particularly unintentional falls and impacts that may result in loss of functionality or structural integrity, along with aesthetic damage. To mitigate these issues, the conventional design methodology typically involves physical testing conducted in a lab setting. This rectification process often necessitates several verification rounds, leading to extended experimental timelines and elevated development expenses.
