Abstract: In order to realize the automatic assembly of automatic feeding, the snap-action thermostats are planned to adopt the feeding method of vibrating plate vibration. In order to study the influence of vibration on the performance of the snap-action thermostats and verify the reliability of the snap-action thermostats affected by vibration, the vibration-related experimental research and analysis of the snap-action thermostats were carried out. Through experimental research, the influence of different reset methods and different materials on the vibration of the snap-action thermostats were obtained. On the basis of experimental research, the test data were statistically analyzed by MiniTAB software for the snap-action thermostats with different operating temperatures, such as variance and time series, and the intuitive operating temperature change trend was obtained. Through the physical analysis and structural analysis of the snap-action thermostats, it is obtained that the displacement of the ceramic rod and the bimetal sheet and the material of the thermostats have a great influence on the temperature drift of the thermostats, which provides theoretical guidance and reference for the subsequent use of vibration feeding of the snap-action thermostats.
