Sweeping robot drop risk assessment and testing

Abstract: According to the national standard of risk assessment and risk reduction and the safety requirements of household appliances, this paper discusses the method of risk assessment and the process of testing for sweeping robots, and verifies it by the drop test of sweeping robots under the guidance of the standard. By setting the fault to the ground sensor circuit and the collision sensor circuit, this paper simulates the falling situation, so that, it verifies the importance of risk assessment to the sweeping robot product.
