    Comparative analysis of the influence of R32 and R410A on APF of variable frequency air conditioner

    According to R32 refrigerant correlation, the evaporation pressure and condensation pressure of R32 are 1.06 times and 1.03 times of R410A respectively. The unit cooling capacity of R32 is 1.52 times that of R410A. R32 is more efficient than R410A in the same refrigeration system. Through experimental verification 1.5 horse frequency conversion air conditioner, for example, the best filling quantity of R32 for about 75% of the R410A, throttle refrigeration system components need longer than R410A capillary, rated refrigerating performance comparison, the refrigerating capacity of the R32 than R410A 0.9% increased, the promotion of energy efficiency 4.7%. Compared with the rated heating performance, the heating capacity of R32 is 4.2% higher than that of R410A, and the energy efficiency is 3.6% higher. The heat produced at low temperature was 3.9% higher than R410A. Overall APF energy efficiency R32 is 2.5% higher than R410A. The copper wire motor used in the above air conditioning unit was changed into aluminum wire motor. The motor power was increased by 10W and the overall APF was 3.55. In terms of cost, aluminum wire motor is about 5 price cheaper than copper wire motor, so as to achieve the purpose of cost reduction, which provides a reference for the future development of R32 replacing R410A in variable frequency air conditioners.

    By analyzing the properties of refrigerants, it is shown that R290 refrigerant has become the best choice for light commercial refrigeration. And through R290 and R134a ice machine test comparison, the R290 replace R134a in commercial ice machine application feasibility. At the same time, the reliability of using R290 refrigerant compressor was verified through experiments. This article has a certain guiding significance for ice maker manufacturers and compressor manufacturers.

    With the increasing severity of global ozone layer destruction and climate warming, the application and development of refrigeration technology has attracted more and more attention from the international community. This paper first briefly introduces the application characteristics of R290 refrigerant, then analyses the design of R290 refrigeration system, and finally from the refrigerant to reduce refrigerant leakage and avoid leakage. The safety measures adopted in the design of refrigerators are discussed from the perspectives of aggregation, flammability and safety, reducing ignition and flammable sources, and strengthening the guidance of user correct use. It is hoped that these viewpoints can provide ideas for the popularization and application of R290 refrigerant.

    This paper studies the design and application of OTA (Over the Air Technology) in intelligent refrigerator with networking function. When the software development is completed, uploading the firmware version to the cloud server and regularly check and automatically upgrade the firmware version of the refrigerator through the electronic control board and Wi-Fi module, so as to make the running firmware version of the refrigerator remotely controlled. In the production process, refrigerators of different models can automatically download the corresponding electronic control software through the local server and the related module and then complete the upgrade and detection, because of this we can get high universality of the electronic control board at the manufacturing end and greatly improve the production efficiency. Meanwhile, based on OTA, the push of new technology on the sold machine can be realized, so that the new control technology of refrigerator can be continuously iterated on the stock machine, which improves the user stickiness of smart refrigerator and can create profits sustainably.

    In this paper, a new type of air-conditioner electric heater with compact structure, high heating efficiency, good sealing ability and safe operation is designed. The technical problem of poor performance at low temperature is solved, and the function of quick frost at low temperature is realized. A set of experimental verification methods suitable for the safety application of refrigerant electric heaters is summed up, through the safety experiments of a large number of sample machines in different working conditions and various abnormal conditions. The results show that after the application of the cold medium electric heater, the prototype can be controlled at about 4min~8min compared with the conventional defrosting time. After the completion of the frosting, the air outlet can get hot air above 40 degrees centigrade. The heat of low temperature is improved and the comfort is good.

    Presently, with the rising cost of packaging materials, the profit of the household appliances is reduced. The optimization of the cushioning package structure is one of the effective ways to improve the competitiveness of the household appliance enterprises. In this paper, the CAE simulation technology is used to simulate and calculate a packaged of inner air-conditioner with over protection. The compression deformation of the foams and the parts of high failure risk of the product are found in the different falling conditions. The over protection parts and the unreasonable buffer structure parts of the foam are found. The structure of the foam are pertinence optimized and improved. Which is compared with the original scheme by simulation analysis and physical verification comparative analysis. The simulation results show that the optimization scheme is better protection and better product quality. Also, the optimization scheme reduces the overall size of the original scheme, reduces the material consumption by 23.7%, and reduces the cost of one unit by about 1.6 yuan.

    Through structural analysis, vibration spectrum analysis and modal simulation analysis, the vibration transmission path of the shaking floor fan is obtained, and corresponding vibration isolation design is carried out for the path. Finally, through comparative analysis and hand-plate verification, it is confirmed that the low-frequency vibration isolation design of the wind blade can reduce the vibration amplitude of the screen cover 150μm~200μm. The maximum vibration amplitude of the whole machine can be decreased from 300μm to 80μm. The results show that the blade vibration isolation has obvious vibration reduction effect on the resonant vibration of floor fan, which can obviously alleviate the low-frequency resonance of floor fan and greatly improve the quality of the whole machine.

    Based on the analysis of the air-conditioning market of refrigerated vehicles in China, this paper briefly introduces the refrigeration principle of non-independent refrigerated vehicles air-conditioning system. Effects of different fin spacing of evaporators on the performance of the whole air condition system, evaporator drainage and heat transfer are experimentally investigated. The results show that the heat transfer performance of air side will be improved with the decrease of the fin spacing under the same experimental conditions, however, the drainage performance of the defrosting water may get worse. Therefore, the optimum fin spacing can effectively improve the performance of drainage and heat transfer of evaporators.
