Abstract: According to the requirements of the new version of GB/T 23137-2020 "Household and similar heat pump water heaters", a set of heat loss calibration system is designed. The system is mainly composed of calibration water tank, stirring pump, electric heating rod, power regulator, power meter, temperature protector, temperature measurement unit and data acquisition system. By testing and analyzing the thermal insulation performance, heat leakage and additional errors of the system, the test process is optimized and the accuracy of the water heater performance test is improved.
