Method and experimental study on online recognition of compressor abnormal sound

Abstract: With the rapid development of the home appliance manufacturing industry, the modernization of home appliance production lines, the gradual improvement of information technology, and artificial intelligence technology have become hot topics in the industry. The traditional method of manually distinguishing abnormal sounds in the production line of household appliances cannot meet the needs of rapid development. To address this issue, proposes a new method based on artificial intelligence for online recognition of abnormal and noisy household appliances, and has successfully applied it to the actual production line of air conditioning compressors, achieving good results. Expanding the application scope of this method can not only improve the efficiency and quality of household appliance production, but also reduce labor costs and shorten production cycles. At the same time, this technology also has broad application prospects and can be applied to other fields, such as the automotive manufacturing industry.
