Frosting problem and optimization direction of air conditioner evaporator

Abstract: In response to the phenomenon of frost formation in the evaporator inside the air conditioner, a profound analysis is conducted on the causes of different faults, and three different solutions are proposed based on the characteristics of the refrigeration system and temperature control principles. Through experimental comparison and verification, simulate the operating conditions of air conditioning in actual environments, compare and analyze the improvement procedures for evaporator frost, and finally use the method of optimizing the operating parameters of the refrigeration system to optimize the problem of evaporator frost. This solution solves the problem of uneven distribution of refrigerant in the evaporator, causing the outlet temperature of the branch to be too low, leading to frost formation in the internal evaporator. It significantly improves the cooling effect and user experience of the air conditioner. Hope it can provide some reference for improving the frost formation problem of air conditioner evaporators in the future.
