Abstract: After long-term operation in the dusty environment, the surface and gap of the bottom condenser fins are easy to accumulate dust, and the dust accumulation increases the air flow resistance and the heat transfer resistance of the condenser, which ultimately affects the operation performance of the refrigerator. The influence of dust accumulation of condenser on the operation performance of the refrigerator is studied through the test. The results show that the energy consumption of the refrigerator increases by about 3.6% after dust accumulation, the minimum temperature that can be maintained in the freezing chamber increases by 1℃ when the ambient temperature is 43℃, the temperature pulling speed does not change at 32℃. The refrigerator runs well after the bottom condenser is completely dust accumulation.
