Application of all-aluminum heat exchanger in central air conditioning

Abstract: Through comparative experiments, analyze the heat transfer performance, overall capacity and energy efficiency of all-aluminum microchannel heat exchangers and copper tube aluminum fin heat exchangers. The results indicate that the whole machine equipped with an all-aluminum heat exchanger has significant advantages in terms of capacity and energy efficiency, but its capacity decays severely under low-temperature heating conditions, the problem of uneven flow separation still needs further improvement.
