Study on matte spray-free injection molding technology for cabinet air-conditioner front panel

Abstract: Aiming at the defects of weld marks generated on the surface of a large-scale and complex-structured dark-colored matte plastic product during injection molding, mold flow software is utilized to optimize the number of mold gates and the arrangement mode to make the weld marks converge on a narrow plane and a non-dominant plane, the influence of weld marks on the appearance of the products was further studied in the aspects of mold structure and material flowability, and high quality products were successfully obtained. Provide reference for the application of spray free technology to large and complex structural injection molded parts.
