Abstract: Glass surface cracking during gas stove transportation has a poor impact on the user experience, which will directly lead to the user's return and replacement, and will also have an adverse impact on the reputation of the enterprise. In order to study the causes of the glass surface cracking and summarize the improvement methods, the location and occurrence conditions of the glass surface cracking during gas stove transportation were studied, and the packaging foam scheme of the gas stove was optimized based on simulation analysis. Through the transportation simulation test before and after optimization, it is proved that the optimized scheme has excellent protection effect. The results show that the impact resistance of the optimized foam bottom pad can be increased by 4 times compared with that before optimization, which has a reference value for the subsequent research on the improvements of the glass surface cracking problem during gas stove transportation.
