Abstract: R32 refrigerant is gradually favored by the refrigeration industry due to its ODP value of 0 and small GWP value. Currently, many enterprises in the industry are conducting research on the technology of R32 replacing R410A. In order to compare the differences between R410A and R32 refrigerant air conditioners, experimental studies were conducted on R32 refrigerant air conditioners and R410A refrigerant air conditioners. The results indicate that as the ambient temperature increases, the exhaust temperature of R32 refrigerant air conditioner significantly increases compared to R410A refrigerant air conditioner. Therefore, it is necessary to control the exhaust temperature of R32 refrigerant air conditioner. In order to find the optimal exhaust temperature control method for R32 refrigerant air conditioners, experimental studies were conducted on three exhaust temperature control methods in terms of performance and reliability. The final experimental results showed that using piston cutting main bearing spraying technology can significantly reduce the exhaust temperature of R32 refrigerant air conditioners while ensuring overall capacity and energy efficiency.
