Abstract: With the increase of truck market ownership and the improvement of driver's comfort requirements, the demand for battery-powered parking vehicle air conditioners is increasing. By conducting a performance comparison test and analysis of three different forms of parking vehicle air conditioners, including split, packaged top air outlet, and packaged rear air outlet, which exist in the mainstream of the market. And the state parameters of the system when refrigerant leakage occurs in the split parking vehicle air conditioner system are simulated experimentally. The results show that due to the limitation of the packaged structure, the split type is better than the packaged parking air conditioner in terms of refrigeration capacity, energy efficiency and air outlet temperature, which will bring better comfort experience to the drivers and passengers and longer battery life. When the split parking vehicle air conditioner leaks refrigerant, the compressor suction and discharge pressure, and the power of the whole air conditioner will decrease, and the compressor discharge, suction pipe temperature and evaporation temperature will rise, and the fault can be quickly locked according to this trend.
