Simulation of dynamic equilibrium temperature field in refrigerator based on CFD

Abstract: The temperature uniformity of refrigerator is very important for food preservation, and the experiment can not determine the temperature uniformity. By establishing a correct dynamic balance temperature field model of refrigerator, the temperature distribution of refrigerator can be more directly determined, so as to make a reasonable optimization of refrigerator structure. Firstly, based on the experiments, a dynamic equilibrium temperature field model of the refrigeration room was established according to experiment, and the experimental and simulation temperature trends were consistent (the maximum temperature error was within 1.2℃). Then, the structure of refrigerator is optimized according to the model, the standard deviation of temperature in the refrigerator decreased from 1.17 to 0.57, and the temperature fluctuation decreased and the uniformity increased.
