Abstract: According to GB/T 8059-2016 "Household and similar refrigerating appliances", the power consumption of air-cooled refrigerator is composed of stable state power consumption and the power consumption increment of frost and recovery period. According to the standard definition, the power consumption increment of frost and recovery period refers to the additional power consumption generated by frost-free refrigerator by frost and recovery period (this paper is referred to as frost increment). The frost and recovery period power consumption increment accounted for more than 12%. By studying the optimization design of frost heater, and studying the load control strategies of electric air valve switch, frequency conversion compressor speed and fan motor speed, reduce the power consumption increment of frost and recovery period, and reduce the power consumption of air-cooled refrigerator. With a large volume BCD-540W air-cooled refrigerator as the carrier, through a series of schemes, the frost increment of refrigerator is reduced by 43.30%, and the standard power consumption is reduced by 6.40%.
