Abstract: Traditional integrated stoves generally have the pain points of low air volume, high noise, and shallow interior of the functional cabinet. Through the structural analysis of the traditional integrated stove, the root cause of the above pain points was found, and the technical solution for the horizontal fan was proposed. Through the comprehensive analysis of the usage scenarios and product performance, the horizontal fan structure was determined to solve the above problems. The simulation analysis and experimental study of the side-mounted fan of the traditional integrated stove and the innovative horizontal fan system show that the horizontal fan system can increase the air volume by 0.97 m3/min, reduce the noise by 0.7 dB(A), and improve the space utilization rate by 55.56%.
