Abstract: :Disinfection cabinet is an important part in electrical appliances of home use kitchen at present, and the lifting mechanism of basket of lower layer in disinfection cabinet is one of the mainest parts in disinfection ark design. Based on the lower lifting mechanism of disinfection cabinet designed by the project, the finite element simulation analysis of four-link linkage and transmission shaft, horizontal release parts and main stress components of horizontal release trigger rod was carried out by using ANSYS. The simulation results show that: after the rated load or external force is applied, the maximum displacement and the maximum stress position of the four-link mechanism, the transmission shaft, the horizontal release parts and the horizontal release trigger rod are all in line with the actual analysis. The maximum displacement values are all within the safe range. The maximum stress is much less than the yield strength of 304 steel. Meet design requirements and safety requirements.
