    :Generally, bacteria can be effectively filtered by RO water purifier. However, the pipeline from RO membrane outlet to faucet is easy to breed bacteria, which have potential risk of bacterial breeding and affects the quality of outlet water. There is a tank type reverse osmosis water purifier, the pressure tank or water tank is easy to breed bacteria, so the floating type UVLED device can be used for efficient sterilization of water tank; The no tank type reverse osmosis water purifier, the pipeline from RO membrane outlet to the faucet and the post active carbon are easy to breed bacteria, and the UVLED faucet can be used for sterilization, so as to ensure the safety of outlet water.

    :Nowadays, more and more biological reagents need to be stored in an environment of 2℃ to 8℃ for a long time to maintain their effectiveness. Improper storage temperature easily leads to inactivation of the reagents. The main cause for inactivated home storage is that the fridge door often opens over the long haul, forgets to close and frequently opens and closes the door. The TRIZ theory is generally applied to engineering as an innovative rule. Based on the TRIZ theory, a conceptual solution to the above problems was designed, as well as corresponding equipment was made. It was found that it can prevent the reagents from being stored with effect at improper temperatures and effectively extend the time in the open state. This is to certify that the TRIZ method can have wide-ranging application value in the home appliance industry.

    :To investigate the effects of altitude on the performance of soymilk maker, the variation of urease activity was tested during the boiling process by three leading brands of soymilk maker. The urease activity was also determined at different water boiling points corresponding to the altitudes of 1500m, 3000m and 4500m. Finally, the feasibility of using spectrophotometer to verify the results was discussed. The results indicated that three soymilk makers met the requirement of standard at the attitude of 50m (39°53'N, 116°21'E). However, more time was essential when the attitude increases and boiling point decreases, laying basis for designing soymilk maker exclusively used in plateau. Besides, employing spectrophotometry at 420nm to measure the absorbance of samples could avoid the optical disparity among individuals, providing the foundation for promoting the amendment and perfection of relative standard.

    :Ultraviolet has a very good killing effect on bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms. It can destroy the molecular structure of DNA or RNA in the cells of microorganisms, and make the cells or regenerated cells die, so as to achieve the effect of sterilization and disinfection. UV disinfection lamp is widely used in more and more fields, especially in the sterilization of air and water, as well as the sterilization of object surface. Bacteria are more likely to grow in dark, humid, crowded and poorly ventilated conditions, resulting in cross infection, so ultraviolet disinfection lamps are widely used as disinfection equipment in daily household, public places, medical places and other special fields. This paper mainly interprets the relevant test methods and standards of UV disinfection lamp, aiming to introduce the quality requirements and evaluation methods of UV disinfection lamp.

    :T/CAQI 97-2020 "Requirement and test method for healthy function for household and similar electric washing machine and clothes dryer" has been completed in November 2019. The group standard has been approved by China Association for Quality Inspection and will enter into force from April 1st, 2020. As the first health standard of household electrical appliance, the release and implementation will approve the standardized development and technical innovation in appliance industry. This interpretation of T/CAQI 97-2020 will help to understand the technical indicators and contents of the standard correctly, as well as promote the implementation of it.

    :Disinfection cabinet is an important part in electrical appliances of home use kitchen at present, and the lifting mechanism of basket of lower layer in disinfection cabinet is one of the mainest parts in disinfection ark design. Based on the lower lifting mechanism of disinfection cabinet designed by the project, the finite element simulation analysis of four-link linkage and transmission shaft, horizontal release parts and main stress components of horizontal release trigger rod was carried out by using ANSYS. The simulation results show that: after the rated load or external force is applied, the maximum displacement and the maximum stress position of the four-link mechanism, the transmission shaft, the horizontal release parts and the horizontal release trigger rod are all in line with the actual analysis. The maximum displacement values are all within the safe range. The maximum stress is much less than the yield strength of 304 steel. Meet design requirements and safety requirements.

    :With the improvement of people's living standards, the performance of range hoods has gradually improved. The large air volume and large static pressure of the range hood have become the publicity selling points of many manufacturers today. Research on the air volume and static pressure of the double fan range hood through theoretical analysis, simulation analysis and experimental analysis. The research shows that the maximum static pressure of the dual-fan range hood is similar and the maximum air volume is increased. However, under actual working conditions, the ability of the double-fan range hood to resist the resistance of the pipe network is slightly worse, resulting in an inability to effectively increase the air volume.

    :Focusing on the impact of each component of microwave oven on the clearance and gap in the assembly process. Assembly constraints and dimensional tolerances are applied to the components according to the drawings, the three-dimensional tolerances analysis mode is established in CETOL. In the basis of setting the target value of the clearance and gap of the model. The critical dimension impacting the clearance and gap were founded through sensitivity and contribution value analysis. The reasonable optimization of critical dimensional tolerances is putting forward according to the actual manufacturing process level, thus solve the assembly problem of excessive clearance and gap in product and improve the assembly accuracy.

    :Based on the current situation that smart home products between different manufacturers and different brands cannot achieve the true interoperability, an implementation of an intelligent gateway is proposed, including hardware and software solutions. In terms of hardware, the intelligent gateway can not only connect a variety of home products which have different interface types, but also can provide interfaces for connecting different cloud platforms. In terms of software, the registration of products in the cloud is realized, the collection and reporting of product data is realized, and finally, the products can be remotely controlled.     :In view of the phenomenon that the main control board and frequency converter board is placed in the mechanical room of a certain type of refrigerator in our company, which needs repeated modification experiments, the computational fluid dynamics method is used to simulate and optimize the design at the front-end. However, the environment of the refrigerator varies greatly with seasons and regions, and the boundary conditions of the compressor and other components in the mechanical room change greatly. Therefore, the simulation parameters and boundary conditions are dynamically rectified by infrared imager, which can realize the calculation error less than 5%. The temperature distribution in the mechanical room can be visually displayed, which greatly reduces the experimental time and cost, and eliminates the waste of design time and materials.

    :In order to solve the problem of shaft hole cracking after long-term storage of axial-flow blades for a fan, the material properties of the blades, the assembly size of the blades and the motor, and the corrosion of the contact materials between the blades and the motor were tested and analyzed. It was found that the rust proof oil of the motor can extract the tributylacetylcitrate from the rubber damping pad of the motor, the contact of tributylacetylcitrate with AS blades resulted in corrosion cracking of the axial holes of the blades.

    :In order to explore the washing rules and nursing techniques of men's wear, this paper investigated 22 brands with high market share and 1146 pieces of label information, and made statistics and Analysis on the fabric composition and washing and nursing methods. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the application proportion of cotton fiber and polyester fiber in men's wear fabric is 91%, and the proportion of other fiber is relatively low; (2) 65% Of the men's wear can be machine cleaned, less than 20% of the men's wear needs dry cleaning; (3) 94% of the men's wear cannot be bleached, only 6% of the men's wear only needs oxygen bleaching; (4) 81% of the men's wear is hang dry (hang dry in the shade), 73% of the men's wear can't be turned dry; (5) 60% of the men's wear requires low-temperature ironing, and most of the shirts suggest medium temperature ironing. The research results indicate the direction for the development of men's washing products in home appliance industry, and also provide suggestions for consumers.
