Research the influence of fin side heat transfer efficiency enhancement on the whole machine

Abstract: The refrigerant of the air conditioner boils and exchanges heat in the copper tube, and the heat is transferred to the copper tube wall, and then the heat is transferred to the fins through the tube wall. The fins then conduct convective heat transfer with the air to transfer the heat to the designated space. The fin side heat transfer efficiency is lower than the boiling heat transfer efficiency in the tube, and the heat transfer bottleneck is on the fin side. By optimizing the layout of the copper tubes and heat exchange fins of the evaporator and condenser, increasing the width of the fins, reducing the fin spacing, adjusting the refrigerant flow path pertinently, improving the circulating air volume and wind speed, and maximizing the heat exchange efficiency at the fin side, so that the heat or cooling capacity in the copper tubes can be fully transferred to the air side through the fins, to get better performance and cost of the whole machine.
