Research and application of PID intelligent temperature control technology on steam oven

Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economy, the diet structure and habits of urban residents are also undergoing earth-shaking changes. The main contradiction of food nutrition and the diversified demand has become nowadays "kitchen revolution". The demand for ovens that can satisfy the taste, and cook fat-free, salt-free and healthy food is growing. When the user actually uses the oven to bake the food, it is easy to appear uneven heating and dry baking. Innovative PID intelligent temperature control system is designed for users' pain points. According to establishing the "pattern recognition method" of the oven and adopting the "multi-pid temperature control strategy", the full-mode high-precision temperature control is carried out, and the temperature in the cavity is uniform with the accuracy up to ±1°C. Therefore, it can effectively solve the problem of multi-layer simultaneous cooking, meet different needs of the color, aroma, taste, nutrition and health of baking ingredients, meanwhile, it can ensure the food crisp outside and tender inside, still keeping fresh. This technology can meet people's demands for intelligent operation and multi-function, improve high-quality cooking experience, which will be widely applied in industrial mass customization and spread in the whole industry.
