Abstract: Leakage inside the compressor pump is one of the main factors affecting compressor performance. Through simulation of the performance of rotary compressors, it is found that piston end face leakage has a significant impact on compressor performance. At the same time, it is analyzed that the reduction of piston end face clearance can reduce end leakage and greatly improve compressor performance. Therefore, a piston end face forced oil supply sealing structure is proposed to reduce the actual leakage clearance of piston end face during compressor operation and improve compressor performance. Based on theoretical oil supply pressure, volumetric flow rate, and fluid simulation analysis, the structural form and dimensions of the forced oil supply seal were determined, ensuring the effectiveness of the forced oil supply seal structure without affecting the reliability of the compressor. Finally, it was confirmed through experiments that the forced oil supply seal structure of the piston end face can improve the performance of the compressor.
