摘要: 采用氯化丁基橡胶制得的阻尼橡胶在-40℃~60℃范围内具有较高的阻尼系数,用其制备的压缩机阻尼脚垫具有良好的减振效果,尤其在10 Hz~70 Hz的低频范围内,压缩机配管振幅对比现有EPDM脚垫最大降幅可达63%。

Abstract: The damping rubber made by chlorinated butyl rubber has a high damping coefficient in the range of -40℃~60℃, and the damping foot pad prepared by it has a good damping effect, especially in the low frequency range between 10 Hz~70 Hz, the maximum amplitude of the compressor piping can be reduced by 63% compared with the existing EPDM foot pad.
