电热水器外加电流阴极保护应用设计

摘要: 水质、水温的变化使热水器内胆处于不同的电化学状态,继而对外加电流阴极保护系统的输出有不同的要求。为了研究不同水质、水温对热水器内胆防腐性能的影响规律,总结外加电流阴极保护设计方法,对单胆、双胆两种不同结构的电热水器内胆进行了实验和仿真研究。首先利用开路电位、极化曲线测试分析了搪瓷钢在400~2000 μS/cm、25~75℃条件下的电化学特性,在此基础上对外加电流阴极保护系统的输出电压、电流等参数进行了理论计算,并利用CP Manager仿真软件对辅助阳极的安装姿态、位置、规格大小进行了优化设计。通过以上工作,为热水器外加电流阴极保护系统的应用设计提供了建议参考。

Abstract: The electrical conductivity and temperature changes of water not only have a great impact on the electrochemical state of water heater tank, but also influence the output of the impressed current cathodic protection system. In order to evaluate the corrosion resistance of water heater tank under different water temperatures and electrical conductivities, open circuit potential and polarization curves of enamel steel were analyzed under the condition of 400~2000 μS/cm and 25~75℃. On this basis, the output voltage as well as the output current of the impressed current cathodic protection system were calculated. CP Manager simulation software was used to optimize the installed form of anodes. The experiments and simulation studies provide a reference for the application design of impressed current cathodic protection system.
