近红外光谱技术在织物智能洗护领域的应用与思考

摘要: 非接触式织物成分识别技术为衣物洗护智能化提供了实现的可能,也在衣物的洗护过程中实现节能节水。近红外光谱技术可准确识别织物成分,为衣物智能洗护开辟新的应用前景。通过介绍近红外光谱技术在织物成分识别上的应用,分析总结该技术在衣物污渍识别、细菌识别和织物染料识别等应用场景的可行性,提出在衣物智能洗护领域应用存在的问题并给出思考建议。对近红外光谱技术在智能洗护领域中的应用前景进行归纳总结,为洗护设备与近红外光谱技术的结合提供参考。

Abstract: The non-contact recognition technology of fabric components provides the possibility to realize the intelligent laundering of clothing, which can also realize energy saving and water saving during the laundering of clothing. Near-infrared spectroscopy technology can accurately identify fabric components, realizing new applications in the field of intelligent laundering. By introducing the application of near-infrared spectroscopy technology in fabric component recognition, analyzes and summarizes the feasibility of this technology in clothing stain recognition, bacteria recognition and fabric dye recognition, and puts forward suggestions for current problems. Summarize the application prospects of near-infrared spectroscopy technology in the field of fabric intelligent laundering, and provide a reference for the combination of washing machine and near-infrared spectroscopy technology.
