高回水温度下二氧化碳热泵能效维持的变频策略及实验验证

Frequency conversion control strategy and experimental verification of energy efficiency maintenance of CO2 heat pump under high return water temperature

摘要: CO2机组高回水温度工况在本文中指机组回水口水温大于35℃的工况。CO2机组产生的热量不能及时利用的情况下,会导致回水温度升高,机组能效下降。针对高回水温度工况,研究提出了一种优化变频控制策略,提升了机组对高回水温度的适应性,并针对控制策略开展了实验验证。实验结果符合控制策略对于性能的提高,对CO2热泵高温回水工况下的应用具有指导意义。

Abstract: The high return water temperature of CO2 unit in this paper means that the water temperature at the inlet of the unit is higher than 35℃. If the heat generated by CO2 unit can not be used in time, the return water temperature will rise and the energy efficiency of the unit will be decreased. Aiming at the problem of high return water temperature, puts forward an optimized frequency conversion control strategy for high return water temperature, improves the adaptability of the unit to high return water temperature, experiments are carried out to verify the control strategy. The experimental results are consistent with the control strategy, which can improve the performance and guide the application of CO2 heat pump under high temperature return water condition.
