摘要: 水披覆转印成型工艺具有简单、图案多样等特点,可极大提升产品视觉效果。以空调行业中使用量较大的ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer)塑料为基材,研究了水披覆转印工艺在ABS基材上的应用,探讨了底漆羟值、转印槽水温、活化时间、工件入水角度及面漆硬度等对水披覆效果的影响。研究结果表明,当底漆树脂羟值含量为6~15 mgKOH/g时,底漆与水披覆膜层间附着力及耐水煮性能较佳;当转印槽中水温为40~50℃、活化时间为15~30 s、工件入水角度为30°~40°时,水披覆转印图案效果最佳;当面漆硬度处于HB与F之间时,面漆耐水煮性能及层间附着力较佳。

Abstract: The water bestrow transfer printing technology, which has the advantages of simple forming and various patterns, can greatly enhance the visual effects of products. The ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer) plastic with heavy usage in the air-conditioning industry was used as the base material. The application of the water coating transfer process on the ABS base material was studied. The influences of the hydroxyl value of the primer, the water temperature of the transfer tank, the activation time, the angle of the workpiece transferring into the water and the hardness of the topcoat on the water coating effects were discussed. The research results show that when the primer resin hydroxyl value content is 6~15 mgKOH/g, the adhesion between the primer and the water bestrow film and the boiling resistance are better; when the water temperature in the transfer tank is 40~50℃, the activation time is 15~30 s, and the product water transfer angle is 30°~40°, the effect of water coating transfer pattern is the best; when the hardness of the topcoat is between HB and F, the boiling resistance and interlayer adhesion of the topcoat are better.
