空调海绵粘贴的可靠性质量研究

摘要: 由于海绵具有良好的缓冲、抗震、隔热、防潮、抗化学腐蚀等优点,在空调中被广泛使用。针对空调中粘贴的海绵件展开技术研究,研究其在标准工况下,对产品中海绵粘贴可靠性的影响因素。基于Solidworks simulation有限元分析对海绵粘贴后的弹力进行研究,并基于实验研究零件结构对海绵粘贴可靠性的影响,利用单变量灰色预测模型对海绵粘贴在不同结构零件的状态进行预测分析,同时结合实际工况提出在粘贴工艺以及前端设计上预防海绵起翘脱落的相应手段。

Abstract: Sponge is widely used in air conditioning because of its good buffering, earthquake resistance, heat insulation, moisture-proof and chemical corrosion resistance. Focuses on the technical research of the sponge pasted in the air conditioner, and studies the factors affecting the reliability of the sponge pasted in the product under the standard working conditions. Based on Solidworks simulation study of sponge paste after the elastic finite element analysis, and based on the experimental research part structure influence on the reliability of the sponge paste, using single variable grey forecasting model of sponge paste in forecast analysis on the status of the different structure parts, and combining with the actual working condition of put forward on the paste process as well as front end design corresponding measures to prevent sponge case become warped fall off.
